A fusion of rich history and culture
with a modern lifestyle

Welcome

to Jerusalem’s New District

Alongside Jerusalem’s rich history and traditional quarters, we are proud to present Ir Olam –

The city's innovative quarter. This quarter serves as a bridge connecting three venerable neighborhoods: Beit HaKerem, Givat Shaul, and Kiryat Moshe.

Ir Olam" is a modern, international quarter built on the site of Givat Shaul's historic flour mill.

Its eye-catching design is the work of acclaimed master architect Avner Yashar, who deftly intertwines innovation with deep respect for local heritage. This project symbolizes the renewal of Jerusalem, while carefully preserving the city's unique character and rich heritage.

Truly One of a Kind

Life in Jerusalem offers a one-of-a-kind blend of cultures, religions, beliefs, and languages —
all woven together into a harmonious tapestry of contrasts. East and West, old and new, classical and modern — all converge here.

Jerusalem is a perfect example of a vibrant metropolis, maintaining thriving links with major cities worldwide,
yet always retaining unique character, culture, and energy all its own. It is a city where history and modernity live side by side, creating a rich and fascinating urban mosaic.

The Ir Olam project is the crown jewel in ISA's portfolio, so it was a natural choice to move our company offices here. Personally, it holds great significance for me to create the new icon in Jerusalem. The "Ir Olam" project is much more than a real estate development – it is a vision that will transform the face of the city and establish an international standard of quality, innovation and architecture.
